Mark your calendars for next Wednesday October 25th  when we will be cutting and hauling buckthorn from the sugar bush area. This area is in bad shape and maple trees are  becoming difficult for the kids to access. We can start on the East side of the Badger Den and cover what we can before lunch. There will be loppers from the Center, their saw-blade weed cutter and DR mower – Staff personnel will be treating the shortcut stumps with herbicide. Lets meet at 8:30 am at the Badger Den. Dress for the weather.  Please send an email to Don Lucke at [email protected] if you are able to help.
