Planning meeting for P&Y Rendezvous

Friends volunteers are needed to help at the Pope & Young Rendezvous scheduled for June 10-12, 2016, 8 am – 3 pm each day. This meeting will be to confirm assignments, get updates, and deal with any issues or questions. Please let Don Lucke ([email protected]) know if you are able to help.
Friends Responsibilities:
1) Provide lunch service from maple storage building including sale of brats, hot dogs, chips, drinks, and dessert bars.
2) Manage MacKenzie gift sales tent. Join with P&Y vendor tent or use our own.
3) Provide & supply 5 – 6 water coolers and bottle filling stations located through out grounds.
Friends Support Requested:
1) Help direct parking cars & campers & possibly help mark lanes, signs, etc. – Expect greatest help needed first day.
2) Miscellaneous helpers, runners.
