Maple Fest Planning Meeting
LodgeWe will meet to kick-off the initial planning for Maple Fest (April 1st). The plan is to discuss and assign key coordinators and various activity leads; discuss publicity and volunteer schedules; upgrades from last year; ordering and set-up tasks, etc.
Maple Program Call-in Day for Schools and Groups
The MacKenzie Center W7303 County Highway CS, Poynette, United StatesThis is the first day that schools may call in to the MacKenzie Center to make reservations for their students to participate in the Maple Program. Call-in starts at 7:15 am and goes until the schedule is filled.
MacKenzie Center Snowshoe Hike

LodgeNew and returning volunteers for the Maple Program are encouraged to attend two training days to prepare for the upcoming maple season. The first is Feb. 21 and the second is Feb. 22. Training will be held in the Lodge from 9 am until noon.
Grants Committee meeting
LodgeAnyone interested in grants and fundraising to help support the MacKenzie Center and its programs is welcome to join us on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 in the lodge after the maple training session that day (about noon).
