Data Base Meeting/Training

February 22, 2017 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

There will be a two part meeting/training event Wednesday 2/22/2017 at 12 PM in the lodge. If this does not work for you and you would like input or have questions. contact Dan Martinson and he or one of the other parties involved would be happy to meet one on one.

If you have any contact list that should be included in the merge (Volunteers, Past members, Vendors that you have used or just “Friends” of this place) PLEASE BRING THEM WITH YOU ON A THUMB DRIVE, LAPTOP OR APPLE DEVICE. We would appreciate this data. We should be able to merge Microsoft Excel, Google sheets and Apple sheets.
We will covering 3 areas during the training part.
1. Inputting new data (FORMS)
2. Maintaining Data
3. Using Data (REPORTS, etc)
ALSO for anyone who is interested in the more “Techie” part, Dan will be there at 3:00 PM to show you how we will create the Tools (FORMS and REPORTS) that will make using the data much easier for those that are less “Techie”.
Once we get the data entered we will create reports upon requests that Committees/individuals can use.
